Sign up starts tomorrow – February 22nd through February 26th.  If you are interested in signing up AND training with the Josephine and the Staff of Innovation to run and/or Fast Walk  the Long Island 10K  OR  Half Marathon please stop by the front desk or call 516 802-5055.

 

Running is one of the best exercises you can do for your body and mind.  It relieves anxiety, it compliments clean eating and will increase weight loss better than any other exercise and it absolutely leans out your body like nothing else can.

 

If you are interested in training to run or fast walk the 10K and Half Marathon for the Long Island Run on May 1, 2016 – don’t hesitate, just do it and be ready for summer in the healthiest fittest body you could ever imagine.
