Winter Challenge: Week 1

 

When you work hard you see results – when you don’t you won’t. It’s pretty much that easy when it comes to the Innovation Program. The foods are there for you if you need them. You can eat out or order in. You have access to Thea & myself 24/7. We can talk you off any ledge but we need to know you are on that ledge to get you off of it. So you need to reach out to us. When it comes to the weight loss and the program there is no reason that you can’t get the same results as the amazing people below. Some of them are new and many of them have been on program for quite some time – while others are very close to their goal. Physically, weight loss is the best thing you can do for your body. Mentally, it’s the best thing you can do for your brain. You always feel and look better when you feed your body the right foods. You lose weight and you are mentally and mindfully thinking of about what you are eating instead of grabbing and eating with no control. It’s hard and it will always be hard. But it will always be worth it. What you have to remember and understand is that even when it’s tough and you may not be 100% and lose exactly what you want – you still feel better because you are not eating out of control. So an on program off day is still better than a completely out of control day.

Whether you are on the challenge or not, you need to decide what you want and where you want to be this Spring. You know Spring arrives with a blink of an eye and when everyone is taking off the coats and putting on the spring clothes
you will  be in one of three places:
The Same
You will have Gained
You will have LOST THE WEIGHT
Only you know where you want to be and how hard you are willing to work to get there. But what you really must understand is it doesn’t just happen. When you see the successful clients on program it’s not because they just all of a sudden wake up and are thinner. They do not have some special gene – If they did they wouldn’t have ended up here in the first place. Their weight loss and success happens for one reason –  they work hard, they follow and they make their weight loss a priority in their life. They walk away when they need to. They say “No thank you.” They follow the program – they don’t make their own rules. They believe in themselves and in the program! They eat clean 6 days and are off only 1 day a week.  If you keep it simple it will be simple. Don’t think about it – just follow it – and do it. Before you know it you will be waking up lighter, happier and thinner too.
Set your priority now and plan for where you want to be later. Because once later is here – it’s too late.
