CARDIO DANCE:  Cardio Dance is a 30 minute high intensity dance routine that will have you burning lots of calories while having dancing fun.  If you like to dance and you want to exercise, Cardio Dance is the workout for you.  (No Weights)

RUN TO THE MUSIC:  This is a 45 minute workout that combines alternating high and low intensity cardio moves that will have you burning as many calories in 40 minutes as a 3 mile run.

500 JUMPS:  Did you know that jumping is so important for the strength of your bones.  As we age our bone breakdown.   Jumping 100 x a day not only helps your build new bone it also helps to  our bones from breaking down.  Every month we add a new 300 jump session in.  Try it today.  Start with 100 jumps and work your way up to 300.  Once you get to 300 you will be ready to start the next 300 jumps.
